Bonjour JC and thanks for your interest. All l know is that the building was originally constructed as a residence for a local dignitary in the 18th Century as Chateau Comtal. Taken over by French tobacco in the 19th century and that’s were the crusader comes in. Building left empty for many years until almost destroyed by fire in 1990. After many years of planning problems it was converted to a modern medical centre in 2019 and our knight disappears.
