The Abattoir Public (Public slaughterhouse) was built in 1822 alongside the Canal-Lateral-a-la-Garonne in the market town of Valence D’Agen, Tarn-et-Garonne. It is now used as a rest stop for walkers and camping cars and has ‘Monument Historique’ status.

This tiny theatre has seen many problems since it’s inception in 1937 but against All The Odds is still going strong in the village of Uzeste in the forests of South Gironde, population 392.
